About Our Client

Job Description

• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards and reporting requirements.
• Prepare and maintain quarterly GST schedules and filings, ensuring adherence to relevant tax regulations.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of tax-related compliance matters, including corporate income tax, withholding tax, GTP requirements, and other statutory obligations.
• Contribute to sustainability reporting initiatives by supporting data collection, analysis, and reporting activities.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and integrity of cash and banking records.
• Support the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes by providing financial insights for operational and trading activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and accounting records for trading transactions, including import/export activities, foreign exchange transactions, and supplier and customer accounts.
• Assist in the timely completion of month-end closing activities and provide support during statutory audits and year-end financial reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient financial operations and effective information flow across the organization.
• Support the continuous improvement of internal controls, accounting policies, and financial processes to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Account Executive Should Have

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
