PURPOSE:
The HRIS manager is responsible for the leadership and direction for all HR back-office processes and data management. Direct HR Information management strategic and tactical planning, business process re-engineering and database system strategy.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Manage and optimize the Oracle Fusion HRIS platform, ensuring smooth operations, system reliability, and user support across the region.
- Drive resolution of HRIS issues, service requests, data updates, and mass transactions while maintaining service excellence.
- Ensure HR data integrity, governance, and compliance through regular audits, monitoring, and corrective actions.
- Lead HRIS enhancements, system configuration, testing, upgrades, and new feature deployment across operating companies.
- Partner with HR, IT, Shared Services, vendors, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
- Review, standardize, and improve HR processes, workflows, and policies to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for HR technology initiatives, including requirements gathering, UAT, change management, and implementation.
- Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, SOPs, and governance frameworks while ensuring adherence to regional standards.
- Conduct user training and drive adoption of HR technologies to maximize system utilization and business value.
- Represent business requirements in Oracle user forums and advisory groups, advocating system enhancements and tracking product roadmap developments.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor's degree in business or information systems.
- Experience in implementing and/or supporting HCM applications. Knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM including Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Oracle Learning Cloud and Oracle Help desk will be advantageous.
- 7 - 10 years of Project Management and/or HR Generalist and experience working with Human Resources Information System.
- Experience in project manage multiple projects that effect people, technology and processes.
- Strong capacity to plan, organise and act on deliverables.
- Strong problem solving, planning and execution skills. Including a desire to roll up sleeves to prioritize work and meet deadlines. Able to work effectively in a deadline driven environment.
- Strong customer relationship skills and highly focused on quality and building effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to influence peers and colleagues and effective communication skills – written and verbal, at all levels in the organisation.
- A good level of analytical skills with ability to breakdown complex issues into logical parts.
- Able to lead a team of professionals, train employees and deal with any employee concerns that arises.
