• Assist in the coordination of tasks and operations of the HALAL certification.
• Responsible for Halal application, renewal certificate and ensure conformance to the Halal requirements.
• Maintaining of HALAL certification and update JAKIM on all latest menu items.
• To ensure and monitor procedures and compliance in accordance with Halal requirements.
• Responsible for all Halal activities including conduct and facilitate Halal audit and inspection.
• To liaise with JAKIM on HALAL certification, and suppliers and subcontractors on documents required.
• Ensure that the Halal Assurance System is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with this standard.
• Report on the effectiveness and suitability of the Halal matters to the organization's management for review.
• Organize and coordinate the work with the Halal team.
• Ensure all operational quality and service standards are met HALAL.
• Review and investigate raised issues related to HALAL Compliance.
• Conduct routine inventory taking to ensure stock levels for operating equipment and other items are up to par for your department.
• Be actively involved in the training and induction for new employees in your department.
• Deliver training programmes as required and coordinate training tasks with the HR department and trainers.
• Coach Line Employees in service standards to ensure operating procedures are adhered to.
• Communicate potential issues with regard to employee misconduct and potential disciplinary action to your Manager.
• In the absence of your Manager, coordinate department briefings and provide on-going communication to Line Employees regarding new policies, programmes and procedures.
• Maintain a complete understanding of the Employee Handbook and adhere to regulations contained therein.
• Maintain a complete understanding of the Hotel's policy relating to fire, safety and health, and ensure all precautions are taken to safeguard against incidents for area under your supervision.
• Perform other assignment to meet business needs as directed by your superiors.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
