Position : Sales Project Designer

Salary : RM 3,500 – RM 4,500

Commission : Yes

Working Hour : Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm)

Location : Asia Jaya

Job Scope

· Act as the key liaison between clients and internal creative and operations teams.

· Understand client requirements and translate their vision into compelling design proposals and actionable plans.

· Prepare and manage design proposals, budgets, and quotations in line with project requirements and company standards.

· Present ideas, space planning, material recommendations, and solutions to clients confidently.

· Oversee project execution by coordinating with internal teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery and quality workmanship.

· Maintain strong client relationships throughout the renovation journey.

Job Requirements

· Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.

· Minimum 3 years of working experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role, preferably within the interior design or renovation industry.

· Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin, spoken and written, to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator will be an added advantage.

· Own transport is required.

· Results-driven, detail-oriented, and hands-on.

· Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and teamwork.

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
