Job Summary

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods. The role ensures accurate inventory management and maintains a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and unload incoming goods.
• Verify received items against delivery orders and report any discrepancies or damages.
• Store materials in designated locations according to warehouse procedures.
• Pick, pack, and prepare goods for delivery or production.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist in stock counting and periodic inventory checks.
• Update stock records and maintain accurate inventory documentation.
• Ensure proper labeling and storage of products.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and housekeeping of the warehouse.
• Follow company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
• Assist with other warehouse-related tasks as assigned by the Senior Production Supervisor

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items when required.
• Basic knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn.
• MUST have a Forklift driving experience or a valid forklift license

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
