What The Role Is

ISD confronts and addresses threats to Singapore’s internal security and stability. For over 75 years, ISD and its predecessor organisations have played a central role in countering threats such as those posed by foreign subversive elements, spies, racial and religious extremists, and terrorists. As a Resource Planning Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that ISD’s resources are strategically deployed to achieve its goals. You will work closely with senior leaders and various units to forecast requirements and allocate resources according to organisational priorities.

What You Will Be Working On

• Develop and maintain resource plans and allocation strategies aligned with organisational priorities.
• Analyse resource utilisation, identify gaps or bottlenecks, and recommend solutions to optimise efficiency.
• Collaborate with units to ensure timely and effective deployment of resources.
