We're looking for both Senior and Junior Finance Executives who can manage a full set of accounts—from Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), to fixed asset functions. You'll also prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and analyses that support key business decisions.

If you love your Excel spreadsheets, have a keen eye for detail, and are obsessed with numbers, then you'll fit right in.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ability to assist with full set of accounts
2. - Assist in accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL) and fixed asset functions.
3. - Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
4. Financial Reporting
5. - Assist in preparation of accurate and timely profit or loss (P/L) reports.
6. - Generate comprehensive financial statements and analysis for management review.
7. Cash Management
8. - Oversee petty cash and credit cards disbursements and reconciliations.
9. - Maintain proper documentation and internal controls over cash transactions.
10. Media Buy Reporting
11. - Ensure all payments made reconciles with ad campaign spend.
12. - Maintain proper documentation of media buy receipts for WHT filing.
13. Month-end and year-end closing processes
14. - Assist in coordinating month-end and year-end closing process.
15. - Perform reconciliation of accounts and ensure all financial activities are appropriately recorded.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

1. Possess a bachelor's in Accountancy, Finance, or a professional accounting qualification with a minimum of 2 years working experience.
2. Able to work independently with tight schedule and minimum supervision.
3. Mature with good interpersonal skills and analytical minded.
4. An eagle-eye with attention to detail.
5. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written.
6. Experience in advertising/marketing agency background will be an added advantage.
7. Fully on-site job with flexibility of remote work upon completion of 12 months of employment

Salary Range: RM4000 - RM8000
