Key Responsibilities

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback
• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure the quality, performance, and stability of features
• Identify, document, and track bugs in ClickUp (or relevant tracking tools)
• Collaborate closely with the product team and developers to replicate and resolve issues efficiently
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with clients and gather feedback for improvements
• Ensure regression testing is conducted before releases
• Maintain proper QA documentation, including test reports and release notes
• Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies

Education & Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a QA Engineer, Tester, or similar role
• Experience in manual testing and familiarity with an automation framework (Selenium, Cypress, Appium, etc.) is a plus.
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Trello)
• Ability to clearly document and communicate test results
• Experience testing across web, mobile (iOS & Android), and backend APIs is a plus
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
