Sales Engineer

Location: Nilai, Negeri Sembilan

Employment Type: Permanent

Salary: RM3,000 – RM3,499 per month

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and providing technical sales support for our automation systems and engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Promote and sell automation systems, engineering solutions, and fabrication services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Provide technical consultation and recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.

• Prepare quotations, cost estimates, and project proposals.

• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers.

• Product presentations and technical demonstrations.

• Work closely with the Engineering and Production teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

• Monitor market trends and identify potential business opportunities.

• Provide after-sales support, including customer training and technical assistance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification.

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Relevant sales or engineering experience is an added advantage.

• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Willing to travel for customer visits and project support.
