Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting duties: AP, AR, invoicing, payments, and receipts.
• Prepare month-end closing, journal entries, and account reconciliation.
• Maintain proper financial records and support preparation of financial reports.
• Assist with SST submission, audit matters, and tax-related documentation.
• Manage petty cash and monitor cash flow.
• Work with internal teams such as purchasing, HR, and operations on financial matters.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Senior Account & Finance Executive.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3-5 years experience in accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and good time-management skills.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
