Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and leadership-driven Retail Supervisor to oversee our daily store operations and lead our front-line team. In this role, you will balance traditional retail floor management with our dynamic social media livestream operations. You will be responsible for driving sales targets, managing staff schedules, maintaining store standards, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience both in-person and online.

Job Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Prepare staff schedules, track attendance, and assign daily floor duties to the team.
• Sales & Livestreams: Drive monthly store sales targets and coordinate daily TikTok livestream schedules with our hosts.
• Operations & Cash: Handle cash management, POS transactions, and daily sales reporting.
• Stock & VM: Manage inventory replenishment, stock levels, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Customer Care: Resolve customer inquiries and handle complaints professionally on the floor.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of retail experience (experience in team leading or livestreaming is a plus).
• Language: Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia.
• Skills: Strong communication, leadership mindset, and basic computer/POS literacy.
• Traits: Well-groomed, pleasant personality, and passionate about retail.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
