Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle daily user inquiries and troubleshoot issues within the Odoo platform.

2. Assist users with system navigation, data validation, and configurations.

3. Document system bugs clearly and escalate technical issues to development.

4. Build and maintain a library of user training guides.

Requirements:

* Basic understanding of Odoo modules and workflows.

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
