Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support Engineers & production team in daily operation to meet the target.
• Load & unload engineering lot, power-up, and setup.
• Low yield lot reporting.
• Perform test setup such as manual correlation / handler correlation.
• Assist Engineer in data collection & EBR lot monitoring & verify production feedback issues.
• Assist Engineer with process-related matters, troubleshooting, and repair burn-in board.
• Assist Engineering team in performing measurements using oscilloscope and multimeter.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Certificate in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1-3 years of experience in test setup (manual verification) or troubleshooting.
• Experience in semiconductor / manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Basic knowledge in electronic systems, and able to read & interpret electronic schematics.
• Able to read & understand test data log / failure mode analysis.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
