Job Responsibilities

• Support AI product development through requirements analysis, solution exploration, and implementation under senior guidance.

• Assist in maintaining and optimizing existing AI systems, including troubleshooting and performance improvements.

• Collaborate with developers, data scientists, designers, and product managers to support team goals.

• Help write and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and technical documentation.

• Participate in code reviews and learn best engineering practices.

• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and actively explore new tools and techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.

• Solid Python programming skills; project experience is a plus.

• Hands-on project experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) or modern LLM application patterns.

• Familiarity with AI/ML-related frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or Django is beneficial.

• Experience building small AI projects, prototypes, or ML models (coursework, internship, or personal projects).

• Commitment to writing clean, maintainable code and quick prototyping.

• Exposure to databases such as MySQL or Elasticsearch is a plus.

• Bonus: Knowledge of Java or Java development experience.
