Position Overview
allnex is looking for a proactive student to join the GBS Procurement team as a Freight Procurement Intern! In this role, you will gain hands‑on experience using the SAP resource management system, as well as, assist the team with uploading pricing data into internal systems. This internship offers valuable exposure to international freight processes, procurement operations, and cross‑functional business activities within a global organization.

Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Assist in processing incoming freight invoices
- Upload and maintain freight pricing data in the system
- Collaborate with procurement, carriers, and logistics teams to support smooth communication and operations
- Support ad hoc tasks related to route and rate maintenance
- Learn and understand core business processes within an international environment
- Able to carry out a 6-month (or more) internship program
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Proficient in English Mandarin is a plus to support our operations in Greater China
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Organised, structured, and detail‑oriented
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
