Position : Financial Analyst

Company Overview : Aviation MRO

Working Hours : Monday to Friday (8AM to 5.30PM)

Working Location : Nearby to Subang Airport

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOL (Possible to renew based on performance)

Remuneration : Basic RM3,000 to RM3,500 with statutory contribution + quarterly incentives + insurance & leave entitlement

Interview Mode: Virtual / Face-to-Face

About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support billing, engine cost analysis, and financial reporting within a dynamic aviation environment.

This role offers strong exposure to financial operations, business partnering, and process improvement, working closely with both local and global stakeholders.

What You Will Do

• Billing Analysis – Support engine cost accumulation and billing preparation
• Cost Analysis – Analyse cost components and ensure accurate invoicing
• Revenue Insights – Support profitability analysis and business review preparation
• Financial Reporting – Prepare weekly/monthly reports (billing TAT, IP, CN analysis)
• Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to enhance billing processes and controls
• Compliance – Support E-Invoicing implementation and ensure regulatory compliance
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with Operations, Materials, and Customer Support teams

Who Can Apply

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of accounting/finance experience
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong proficiency in English & Microsoft Excel
• Good accounting fundamentals with an analytical mindset
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to meet deadlines
• Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
