The team focuses on ideating and executing corporate events and marketing programs that emphasize innovation and impactful experiences.

Role Description The Junior Event Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Damansara, supporting the planning and delivery of corporate events and marketing activations. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with event logistics, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, preparing event timelines and checklists, and supporting on-site setup and teardown. The role involves communicating with clients and attendees, handling basic administrative tasks, and helping ensure events run smoothly and on schedule. The Junior Event Coordinator also contributes ideas during brainstorming sessions and supports post-event reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise with clients, vendors, and attendees professionally.
• Candidates should possess Sales-related skills, such as supporting proposal preparation, upselling event services, or assisting in lead follow-up.
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software).
• Previous internship or entry-level experience in events, marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends based on event schedules.
