Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections of materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Identify, document, and report non-conforming materials or products to the relevant department for corrective action.
Perform measurements, tests, and visual inspections using appropriate inspection tools and equipment.
Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and quality documentation.
Ensure compliance with company quality procedures, customer requirements, and applicable standards.
Support investigations of quality issues and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor production processes and provide feedback to ensure consistent product quality.
Participate in quality improvement activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure proper handling, segregation, and disposition of non-conforming products.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Certificate, or Diploma in Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of quality inspection methods and manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, and gauges).
Good communication and reporting skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Computer literate, with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
