To lead and grow Pharmaserv’s e-commerce business by developing effective digital sales strategies, strengthening marketplace performance and ensuring sustainable revenue and profitability across all online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement the overall e-commerce business strategy, annual sales plan and promotional calendar.

2. Lead the management of e-commerce platforms, including Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, HealthShoppe and other digital channels.

3. Achieve monthly and annual revenue, gross profit and profitability targets.

4. Identify new products, categories, brands and business opportunities suitable for online customers.

5. Monitor sales performance, advertising expenditure, conversion rates, traffic, average order value and return on advertising spend.

6. Lead pricing, campaign, voucher, bundle and promotional strategies while protecting product margins.

7. Build strong relationships with marketplace account managers, brand principals, suppliers and business partners.

8. Coordinate product availability and inventory planning with Procurement, Warehouse and Supply Chain teams.

9. Ensure accurate product listings, pricing, stock availability, content and regulatory information across all platforms.

10. Lead digital marketing activities, including paid advertising, social media campaigns, livestreaming, affiliate marketing and customer engagement.

11. Analyse customer behaviour, market trends and competitor activities to improve business performance.

12. Ensure efficient order fulfilment, customer service, returns, refunds and complaint management.

13. Prepare weekly and monthly e-commerce performance reports for management.

14. Lead, coach and develop the e-commerce team while ensuring accountability and timely execution.

15. Ensure all online activities comply with company policies, marketplace requirements and relevant pharmaceutical and advertising regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum five to seven years of relevant experience, including at least two years in a leadership position.
• Strong experience managing Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop or similar platforms.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, wellness, beauty, consumer goods or retail will be an advantage.
• Strong commercial, analytical and people-management capabilities.
