Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Oracle Primavera P6.
- Prepare and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), project baselines, milestones, and critical path schedules.
- Monitor project progress and analyse schedule performance against approved baselines.
- Identify schedule risks, delays, and constraints, and recommend mitigation or recovery plans.
- Coordinate project planning activities with engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, HSE, and commissioning teams.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-Curves, look-ahead schedules, and management dashboards.
- Support project meetings by providing schedule updates, planning analysis, and progress reports.
- Monitor procurement and material delivery schedules to ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Assist in the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) submissions, recovery schedules, and project planning documentation.
- Maintain accurate planning records and ensure schedule data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform other planning-related duties as assigned by Management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling within the engineering, construction, electrical, infrastructure, or EPC industry.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera P6.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience in electrical infrastructure, renewable energy, industrial, or EV charging projects is an added advantage.
Required Competencies
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and Critical Path Method (CPM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to analyse project progress, identify schedule variances, and prepare recovery plans.
- Familiarity with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning processes.
