Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations

• Supervise daily store activities including opening, closing, and cash handling
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and proper product display
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment

2. Sales & Performance

• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Guide team members to improve sales performance
• Upsell lighting and electrical products to customers

3. Staff Supervision

• Lead, schedule, and supervise retail staff
• Train and coach employees on product knowledge and service standards
• Handle staff discipline and performance matters

4. Customer Service

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally
• Provide suitable product recommendations based on customer needs

5. Inventory & Stock Control

• Conduct regular stock checks and stock take
• Ensure stock accuracy and minimize losses
• Coordinate with warehouse/suppliers for stock replenishment

6. Management Coordination & Execution

• Follow up and execute instructions from Management promptly and accurately
• Ensure all directives from Management are implemented effectively at store level
• Provide timely updates and feedback to Management on assigned tasks and store performance

7. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and policies
• Maintain a safe working environment, especially for electrical products
• Adhere to all operational and reporting procedures

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Business, Retail Management, or related field
• 2–4 years of retail experience (lighting/electrical industry preferred)
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Mandarin proficiency is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers.
• Ability to follow through and execute Management instructions effectively
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
