Job Summary

Prepare and manage customer invoices and account statements while performing accounts payable and receivable functions. Resolve billing queries and follow up on payments to support smooth financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver invoices to customers through multiple channels such as mail and email to ensure timely billing
• Issue accurate customer account statements to maintain clear financial records
• Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to support financial transactions
• Respond promptly to customer billing queries and resolve issues to maintain customer satisfaction
• Send payment reminders and contact customers for follow-up to ensure timely collections
• Match and verify delivery orders, purchase orders, and tax invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Assist with other administrative tasks as required to support team operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess a minimum LCCI diploma as a professional qualification

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field to enhance job performance
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficient in MS Office to perform daily administrative and financial tasks
• Demonstrate a proactive and mature working attitude to contribute positively to the team
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers to facilitate smooth interactions
