About the role

ARRAY MARKETING SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic construction team. This is a full-time position based in Selangor, offering an excellent opportunity to lead and manage construction projects from conception through to completion. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is crucial to our success, as you will be the driving force behind project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

1. Plan, organise and coordinate all project activities, timelines and resources to ensure successful project delivery

2. Develop comprehensive project schedules, budgets and cost estimates in collaboration with senior management and technical teams

3. Monitor project progress against agreed milestones and deliverables, identifying and managing risks and issues proactively

4. Manage relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders, maintaining clear and regular communication throughout the project lifecycle

5. Oversee quality assurance and safety compliance, ensuring all work meets regulatory requirements and company standards

6. Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, contracts and correspondence

7. Manage project budgets and control costs, implementing corrective actions where necessary to prevent overspends

8. Lead and motivate project teams, delegating tasks effectively and fostering a collaborative working environment

9. Conduct site inspections and progress meetings to monitor construction activities and address any concerns

10. Ensure effective handover of completed projects to clients and relevant departments

What we're looking for

1. Degree qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related field

2. Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry

3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, regulations and health and safety requirements

4. Proven experience in project planning, scheduling and budget management using industry-standard software

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders

6. Strong leadership abilities and experience managing multi-disciplinary teams

7. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD and 3D Max etc.

8. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively

9. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
