Network Foods Industries is a leading confectionery manufacturer committed to producing high quality products through innovation, operational excellence, and food safety. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior / Executive Engineer to join our Engineering Department and drive equipment reliability and continuous improvement.

• Plan, develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance programs for all production and utility equipment.

• Ensure maximum equipment reliability and minimize production downtime through effective maintenance planning and execution.

• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians, ensuring maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

• Coordinate maintenance activities with Production, Quality Assurance, and other departments to support uninterrupted operations.

• Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

• Manage maintenance KPIs, maintenance records, and documentation

• Oversee spare parts inventory and maintenance budget to ensure cost-effective operations.

• Support equipment installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, JKKP, food safety standards, and occupational health and safety regulations.

• Promote engineering best practices, energy efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate must possess at least Advanced degree in a relevant field such as food science, or technology.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 2- 3 years of maintenance engineering experience in the food and beverage manufacturing industry, preferably in confectionery production.

• Proven experience in preventive and predictive maintenance planning and execution.

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, packaging lines, conveyors, compressors, boilers, refrigeration systems, and utility equipment.

• Good understanding of GMP, HACCP, ISO, JKKP and food safety requirements.

• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
