Position: HR Assistant (Internship)
Company: RedRadar International Sdn Bhd
Salary: RM500
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Location: No. 14 -1, Jalan Forest Height 8, Forest Heights, 70450 Senawang, Negeri Sembilan

Job Scope

1) Assist the HR team with daily administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
2) Help monitor employee attendance, leave records, and maintain HR databases.
3) Support payroll preparation by compiling attendance and employee information when required.
4) Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, training sessions, and company events.
5) Prepare HR-related documents, reports, letters, and presentations under supervision.
6) Ensure employee files and HR records are updated, organized, and kept confidential.
7) Learn and assist in ensuring HR processes comply with company policies and Malaysian labour regulations.
8) Provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with ad hoc HR projects assigned by the supervisor.
9) Perform any other duties assigned by the HR Manager or Management from time to time.

Requirements / Preferred Qualities
1) Passion for human resources and people development
2) Knowledge of employment laws and HR functions is a plus
3) Relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
