About The Job
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to payroll administration, compensation & benefits, leave administration, HR administration, training & development, and handling disciplinary matters on employees.
- Establish/update and maintain employee database and records to ensure the data in the system is up-to-date.
- Maintains and updates personnel files of all employees. Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
- Coordinate and manage the hiring of foreign workers, including the document verification process, the orientation and onboarding program, and the mobilization of foreign workers.
- Liaising with government departments and statutory bodies to ensure compliance with government, immigration and employment requirements and related matters on EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, Income Tax and others.
- And other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.
Skills And Experience Required
- Minimum of a Diploma in Human Resource/ Business Administration, Degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in HR.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
