Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
Registered Pharmacist with a valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC).
Fresh graduates with APC or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of Malaysian pharmaceutical regulations, GMP, GDP and NPRA requirements.
Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure compliance with the Pharmacy Act, Poison Act, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and all applicable pharmaceutical laws and regulatory requirements.
Dispense and manage pharmaceutical products in accordance with company policies, SOPs and regulatory guidelines.
Provide professional pharmaceutical advice and technical support to healthcare professionals, customers and internal departments.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure pharmaceutical products are stored under appropriate conditions.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for dispensing, inventory and regulatory compliance.
Support product registration, variation, renewal and regulatory submissions to NPRA.
Collaborate with QA, QC, Production, Warehouse, Sales and Regulatory Affairs departments.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Investigate customer complaints and product quality issues where applicable.
Assist in developing and reviewing pharmacy-related SOPs and work instructions.
Support the company's Quality Management System and continuous improvement initiatives.
