Key Responsibilities:

• Responding promptly to IT support requests and conduct remote and on-site troubleshooting for hardware, software, CCTV and network issues
• Support company internal systems and shipping related platforms.
• Coordinate with HQ IT team, vendors, and service providers for system maintenance, upgrade, troubleshooting, and implementation.
• Assist in monitoring network stability, internet connection, server access, and system performance.
• Support email account setup and management.
• Handle IT asset management, including record keeping, equipment issuance, return, repair, and disposal.
• Assist in data backup, cybersecurity measures, antivirus updates, and basic IT compliance matters.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 will be an added advantage
• Good problem-solving skills, responsible, patient, and service-oriented.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with internal users, vendors
• Willing to learn company systems and support system enhancement projects.
