Job Title: Account Executive (Full Set)

About the Role

Are you an organized, detail-oriented accounting professional looking to take full ownership of financial accounts? We are seeking a responsible and proactive Account Executive to handle our day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Set Management: Independently manage the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
• Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate monthly financial reports, management accounts, and support month-end/year-end closing processes.
• Daily Operations: Oversee daily accounting functions, accurate data entry, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring.
• Compliance & Audit: Assist in preparing schedules and documentation for external audits, corporate tax filing, and statutory compliance matters.
• Documentation: Maintain systematic, organized, and complete filing of all accounting and financial records for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional team members to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant financial operations.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a professional qualification (LCCI / ACCA foundation / equivalent).
• Technical Skills: Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping practices, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Capability: Ability to handle full-set accounts independently, multitask effectively, and meet tight financial reporting deadlines.
• Attributes: High level of responsibility, exceptional attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
• Mindset: A positive team player with great communication skills and a strong desire to learn and grow alongside the company.
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, Million, UBS, or SAP) is highly advantageous.
