Driver Leader (Morning Shift / Night Shift)

Location: Bandar Bukit Raja

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist management in resolving lorry driver-related issues.
• Ensure all trucks are utilized daily and schedules are optimized.
• Coordinate drivers to guarantee timely deliveries to clients.
• Train, mentor, and guide drivers to follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor driver performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of driver schedules, vehicle usage, and delivery reports.
• Support management in planning routes, schedules, and operational strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good command of Microsoft Word and Excel for reporting and documentation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and vehicle maintenance practices.
• Valid GDL holder is an advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Driver Leader: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• GDL (Preferred)
