Manage land matters, business-related licensing matters, legal agreements, association subscriptions and other related administrative matters for departments.
Liaise closely and maintain good working relationships with relevant authorities, statutory bodies, contractors and third-party service providers to ensure smooth execution of tasks and timely follow ups.
Oversee and monitor payment processes relating to quit rent, assessment tax, licenses, permits, subscriptions and other related payments.
Ensure proper maintenance, systematic filing and accurate updating of records and documentation.
Assist in organising company official functions, internal meetings, exhibitions and conferences.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Administration Division.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/ Management/ Property/ Land Administration/ Public Administration or any relevant discipline.
Basic knowledge or exposure to land administration, licensing matters and dealings with government authorities will be an added advantage.
Able to work and communicate effectively with internal and external parties.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Good organizational, coordination and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel whenever required.
