Responsible for investigations throughout the respective Region and state.
Execute Security policies to ensure the physical and system security of all SCOM premises.
Implement Security standards operating procedures (SOP) and ensure compliance.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement Security policies in accordance with relevant rules and regulations.
Plan, coordinate, and implement effective Security policies, guidelines, and procedures to achieve department objectives.
Monitor Security Service Providers' performance, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and validate monthly payments to ensure compliance with agreements.
Conduct audits to ensure adherence to Security standards and policies.
Directly participate in the coordination and planning of physical security matters.
Assess additional requests from Operations and evaluate the necessity for Security measures
Observe daily Security operations conducted by Service Providers, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in conducting investigations and implementing loss prevention measures preferred.
2 years minimum experience in security investigation or security operations; ideally from logistics industry or similar environment.
Candidate with previous Military or Police background are highly recommended to apply.
Good communication skills in local language, problem solving and analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to independently handle and manage tasks assigned.
Ability to commit to duty calls as and when required.
Travelling frequency: As and when required based on operation needs
