Key Responsibilities
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
  • Manage statutory submissions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and other payroll-related compliance.
  • Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data accuracy.
  • Handle payroll-related queries from employees professionally.
  • Prepare payroll reports and assist with HR documentation.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external authorities on payroll matters.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies.
  • Support other HR administrative functions as assigned.


Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll or HR operations. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/payroll systems.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Mandarin proficiency is required as the role involves handling the China portfolio and communicating with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
