Currently, we are looking for an Account Assistant on behalf of another company, which is Banafee Jalan Ampang. The company is in the F&B industry sector and is located at Jalan Ampang, 55000 Kuala Lumpur (near Glenagles Hospital).

Job Salary Range

RM2,200.00 to RM2,800.00 (negotiable depending on the candidate's prior experience).

Qualifications

Experience in Accounting, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or FMCG industry is an added advantage.

Good organisational and time-management abilities.

Has Diploma or Degree in Accounting or any related field.

Knowledge of SQL Accounting Software and Zeoniq POS System is an added advantage.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Description

Providing General Ledger for the company.

Assist in making monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) for the company.

Handling Account Payable (AP) & Account Receivable (AR).

Ensure accurate documentation for all account & finance related documents and files.

Cross-check with the Purchasing team for all purchases made by the company.

Work together with the HR team for statutory payments (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF & PCB).
