Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Shah Alam. This position oversees day-to-day operations, including coordinating workflows, managing resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role involves monitoring performance metrics, implementing process improvements, and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards. The Operations Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, support staff scheduling, handle operational issues, and contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
