Role Description This full-time Junior Executive Human Resources role is based in Petaling Jaya and follows a hybrid work arrangement, with a combination of office-based and work-from-home responsibilities. The role involves supporting daily HR operations, including assisting end to end payroll processes, maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and coordinating HR documentation and compliance. The Junior Executive will help implement HR policies and procedures, support employee relations activities, and assist in organizing training and development initiatives. The role also includes preparing HR reports, supporting payroll and benefits administration as needed, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR processes. Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support core HR functions.
  • Experience or knowledge in HR Operations and HR Policies, including documentation, compliance, and process improvement.
  • Skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle queries, support engagement activities, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology

  • or a related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related systems or databases; familiarity with Malaysian labor laws is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a fast-paced, consumer-focused organization.
