Job Summary
We are seeking an R&D Executive to support the research and development of our hair care and others product formulations. You will work on product formulation, testing, and improvement to ensure our products are safe, effective, and aligned with market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Support formulation development for hair care and others products (shampoo, scalp oil, treatments, etc.) together with contract manufacturers
• Evaluate raw materials, ingredients, and product samples for quality and performance
• Conduct product stability, compatibility, and performance testing coordination
• Research ingredient trends, benchmark competitor formulations, and propose new product ideas.
• Prepare and maintain R&D documentation- formulation records, test reports, ingredient lists (INCI)
• Work with the Packaging & Regulatory team to ensure formulations comply with NPRA/KKM requirements
• Liaise with OEM/contract manufacturers on sampling, reformulation, and production trials

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Science, Food Science, or related field
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; experience in cosmetics/personal care R&D is a plus
• Understanding of cosmetic ingredients and formulation basics
• Meticulous with documentation and lab reports
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Salary: Starting from RM2,500 + EPF, SOCSO, EIS

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
