岗位职责

Lead all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) construction activities on-site.
Manage and coordinate CSA contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
Monitor construction progress and ensure alignment with project schedules and milestones.
Review and provide technical guidance on drawings, specifications, RFIs, method statements, and shop drawings.
Ensure compliance with approved designs, quality standards, building codes, and project requirements.
Coordinate closely with MEP, commissioning, project controls, and client teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to monitor workmanship and compliance.
Identify project risks, resolve construction issues, and implement mitigation plans.
Manage site safety requirements and promote a strong safety culture across all construction activities.
Track and report project progress, risks, quality issues, and resource requirements to project stakeholders.
Support construction testing, inspections, punch-list management, and project closeout activities.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience in construction management, with significant experience leading CSA works.
Experience delivering large-scale projects
Strong knowledge of:
- Earthworks and civil infrastructure
- Reinforced concrete and structural steel construction
- Architectural finishes and fit-out
- Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC)
- Construction safety and compliance requirements
Proven experience managing multiple contractors and complex construction programs.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
