Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Product Executive to manage our hair care product portfolio from product planning and coordination to launch support. You will work closely with the R&D, marketing, and operations teams to ensure our products are market-ready and competitive.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product lifecycle from planning, development coordination, to launch and post-launch review
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on product timelines, samples, and stock readiness
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify product opportunities and pricing strategy
• Maintain and update product information, costing sheets, and product documentation
• Support marketing team with product knowledge, key selling points, and launch materials
• Monitor product performance (sales, feedback, reviews) and propose improvements
• Assist in coordinating product photoshoots and listing content for TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Science, or related field
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply; 1–2 years experience in FMCG/beauty is a plus
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple products simultaneously
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
