Requirement/Qualification :

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
• At least 2–5 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, F&B, entertainment, or indoor playland industry
• Able to work six (6) days a week and on rotating shifts
• Able to work on Weekend and Public Holiday
• Bonus Factor : Experience in hospitality/certain good brands in market or event and entertaiment company, Working experience in indoor playground field, First Aid Knowledge

Job Description :

Customer Service Management

• Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times
• Handle escalated customer complaints and service recovery professionally
• Monitor customer satisfaction and continuously improve guest experience
• Assist customers with enquiries, memberships, promotions, and party bookings

Team Supervision & Staff Management

• Supervise, schedule, and lead frontline customer service staff
• Train and coach staff on SOPs, safety procedures, and service standards
• Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and discipline
• Motivate and guide the team to achieve operational and service goals
• Assist management in manpower planning during peak periods

Outlet Operations Management

• Oversee smooth daily operations of the playland outlet
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed properly
• Monitor cashiering accuracy and daily sales reconciliation
• Ensure all operational SOPs are followed consistently
• Coordinate with management regarding operational issues and improvements

Safety, Hygiene & Maintenance

• Ensure all play equipment and facilities are safe for children and parents
• Conduct regular safety and cleanliness inspections
• Ensure hygiene and sanitization standards are maintained
• Respond immediately to incidents, accidents, or emergencies
• Escalate maintenance and safety concerns promptly

Party & Event Operations

• Oversee birthday parties and special event operations
• Ensure event setups, schedules, and customer requests are managed smoothly
• Coordinate with the team to ensure successful event execution

Sales & Business Support

• Support outlet sales targets and promotional campaigns
• Encourage membership sign-ups, package upgrades, and repeat visits
• Monitor stock levels for operational and F&B items
• Assist management with reports, feedback, and operational analysis

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
