About the role

As a key member of our quality assurance team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the excellence of our manufacturing processes and the high quality of our products. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers exciting opportunities for professional development.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting thorough inspections and testing at all stages of the manufacturing process to identify and address quality issues
• Analysing data and generating detailed reports to track quality metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborating with production, engineering, and other departments to implement corrective and preventive actions
• Maintaining comprehensive quality records and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies
• Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures
• Continuously researching new quality assurance methods and technologies to enhance our processes
• Coordinate and respond to customer complaints and warranty claims.
• Handle PPAP documentation and liaise with customers as needed.
• Plan and monitor reliability tests by customer and industry standards.
• Conduct MSA studies and SPC activities for new products and equipment.
• Verify new parts, materials, and process changes affecting product quality.

What we're looking for

• Degree or diploma in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a quality assurance role within the manufacturing industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proficient in using quality control tools and software, such as statistical process control (SPC) and Six Sigma
• Knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations, such as IATF 16949 & ISO 9001:2015

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
