Production Engineer / Production Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production activities to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.
• Interpret engineering drawings and fabrication blueprints for production execution.
• Monitor fabrication progress, productivity, and resource utilization to achieve production targets.
• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to support production activities.
• Ensure structural steel fabrication and welding activities comply with project specifications and quality requirements.
• Maintain compliance with HSE regulations, company procedures, and statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA/QC, Planning, and other departments to resolve production issues and improve operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Structural, Civil, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in structural steel fabrication or heavy metal fabrication.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication blueprints.
• Good knowledge of structural steel fabrication and welding processes.
• Familiar with production planning, manpower allocation, and workflow coordination.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations, including DOSH/OSHA requirements.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
