JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities ;

• Maintain proper record and organisation of filling SQL accounting system.(option)
• Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks.
• Complete weekly bank recon to ensure no discrepancy in banking.
• Settle bill payment (Office & Customer).
• Any other ad hoc assignment.

Requirements;

• Self-motivated, proactive and have good organization skill.
• Possess initiative, good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
• Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and filling procedure.
• Organization and multi-tasking skills.

Skills;

• Know SQL accounting software is preferable.
• Basic accounting knowledge such as double entries.
• Basic knowledge on accounting standard.
• Basic knowledge on Microsoft office especially Excel & Word

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
