KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Production Planning & Operations
- Manage Activities: Direct and oversee all daily manufacturing activities on the plant floor.
- Optimize Schedules: Monitor production processes and adjust timelines dynamically based on changing needs.
- Assess Capacity: Review planned schedules against actual equipment capacity and available manpower.
- Drive Efficiency: Evaluate processing performance across the plant to maintain highly efficient manufacturing methods.
- Hit Targets: Achieve all established output volumes and specific product quality benchmarks.
- Enhance Outputs: Implement process adjustments to improve final yields during end-of-line processes.
- Ensure Continuity: Supervise overall plant workflows to guarantee smooth and seamless daily operations.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Enforce Standards: Verify that all finished products are packed to meet strict company and customer standards.
- Audit Documentation: Review production recipe checklists to confirm all critical data is recorded accurately.
- Investigate Failures: Analyze products that fail specification tests to determine root causes and remedies.
- Track Timelines: Confirm that all scheduled tasks are completed within designated time limits.
Plant Maintenance & Asset Management
- Maintain Machinery: Oversee full plant maintenance including installation, repairs, and preventative modifications.
- Calibrate Equipment: Manage regular calibration and validation schedules for all factory tools and machinery.
- Track Inventory: Label new utensils or machinery and maintain an up-to-date equipment status registry.
Safety, Administration & Relations
- Enforce Sanitation: Implement and monitor workplace safety, secure access, cleaning, and sanitization protocols.
- Generate Reports: Author daily production outputs, incident logs, and Integrated Management System (IMS) analyses.
- Foster Culture: Promote industrial harmony to maintain positive, collaborative working relationships among staff.
QUALIFICATION
Minimum Education
- Required Credential: Diploma or Degree in Food Technology or a related field.
Professional Experience
- Industry Background: Food manufacturing or food production experience is highly advantageous.
Core Competencies
- Leadership: Proven supervisory skills and strong team leadership capabilities.
Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM3,000.00 per month
