Responsibilities:

• Carry out supplier validation audits, with supplier support and advanced product quality planning (APQP).
• Lead supplier approval process by assessing manufacturing/technology capabilities and Health, Safety and Environmental risks.
• Support new product launches to ensure supplier quality meets requirements.
• Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions of supplier quality issues.
• Collate and evaluate supplier quality data to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Work with supplier directly, create correction plans to address process failure.
• Review supplier manufacturing process, collaborate with suppliers on process improvement and value enhancement opportunities.
• Support Quality Manager to monitor and report on supplier product quality and performance.
• Deliver training of quality awareness and assist first off sample approvals.
• Lead quality audits and undertake special projects as required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities at supplier.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
• Independently determine approach and assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Diploma or higher.
• Preferably within 3 to 5 years of working experiences in manufacturing/quality field.
• Possess knowledge & understanding of ISO 9001:2015 Quality systems.
• Possess knowledge on the manufacturing process such as Machining, Sheet Metal, Surface Treatment, Heat Treatment and etc.
• Strong analytical skill and good interpersonal skill.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
