Job Summary:

Test motorcycles, provide technical support, and ensure product quality for dealers and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct road tests on motorcycles before and after repair, assembly, or modification.

· Evaluate engine, braking, suspension, handling, transmission, and electrical systems.

· Identify defects, abnormal noises, vibrations, and performance issues.

· Provide technical support to dealers and authorised service centres.

· Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues remotely and on-site.

· Support warranty investigations and recommend corrective actions.

· Assist Product Development, Engineering, and QA with product improvements.

· Prepare accurate technical reports and test ride documentation.

· Conduct technical training for dealers, technicians, and internal staff.

· Support customer complaint investigations and technical events.

· Ensure compliance with safety procedures and PPE requirements.

· Perform other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements:

· Minimum SPM or equivalent.

· Technical Certificate/Diploma in Automotive or Motorcycle Technology is an added advantage.

· Minimum 2 years of motorcycle riding experience.

· Experience in motorcycle testing, servicing, or technical inspection is preferred.

· Strong understanding of motorcycle mechanics and electrical systems.

· Basic Microsoft Office skills.

· Good communication and report writing skills.

· Valid Malaysian Motorcycle Licence (Class B Full preferred).

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
