Job Responsibilities

• Contact potential business customers using company-provided leads.
• Introduce and promote CelcomDigi Business Mobile & Fibre solutions.
• Explain package features, pricing, and current promotions.
• Follow up with existing and prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM or database.
• Achieve monthly sales and call targets.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service at all times.

Job Requirements

• Malaysian citizen.
• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (training provided).
• Experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and email).

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
