We are an established automotive manufacturing Company based in Selangor, specializing in the production of high-quality automotive products.

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Purchasing Executive to join our team and support our growing operations.

REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of purchasing experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949 will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Review and monitor inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers to meet production requirements.
• Prepare, issue and manage Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained.
• Track material shortages and implement corrective actions to prevent supply distruptions.
• Manage supplier-related issues and work closely with suppliers to resolve them effectively.
• Ensure compliance with Company procedures, environmental regulations and waste disposal requirements.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
