Full Time Personal Driver Jobs, salary up to MYR 2,500 in Lagenda Properties Berhad Petaling Jaya - Ricebowl

We are seeking a highly professional, dependable, and discreet Personal Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation for our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This role requires an individual who is punctual, well-groomed, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport the CEO to business meetings, appointments, corporate events, and personal engagements.
• Plan routes efficiently to ensure timely arrivals while considering traffic and weather conditions.
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and coordinate servicing, repairs, insurance renewals, and road tax renewals when required.
• Ensure the vehicle is adequately fuelled or charged and ready for use at all times.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage, documents, or other items when necessary.
• Handle occasional errands and ad hoc assignments as directed by the CEO or management.
• Exercise strict confidentiality regarding the CEO's schedule, conversations, and personal matters.
• Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Travel outstation as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a personal or executive driver.
• Possess a valid Malaysian driving licence with a clean driving record.
• Familiar with routes within Klang Valley and comfortable with interstate travel.
• Good knowledge of road safety regulations and defensive driving practices.
• Punctual, responsible, trustworthy, and well-mannered.
• Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible with working hours and willing to work overtime when necessary.
• No criminal record.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience driving luxury vehicles.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Previous experience supporting senior management or VIPs is an added advantage.

Location

• Based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 9.00am – 6.00pm
• Saturday: 9.00am – 1.00pm

Contract Period

• 6-month contract
• Opportunity for conversion to permanent employment based on performance and business needs
