Full Time Shift Production Executive Jobs, salary up to MYR 5,500 in Pure Mylk Sdn Bhd Port Klang - Ricebowl

Pure Mylk Sdn Bhd is a rapidly growing plant-based milk manufacturer dedicated to producing high-quality, sustainable, and nutritious dairy alternatives. As part of our continuous expansion, we are seeking a committed and experienced Shift Production Executive to lead daily production operations and ensure product quality, efficiency, and compliance with food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring production targets, quality, and efficiency are achieved.
• Plan and organize manpower, materials, and equipment to support smooth operations.
• Monitor production performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, and quality standards.
• Work closely with QA, Maintenance, Warehouse, and R&D to resolve production-related matters.
• Conduct training, guidance, and performance monitoring for production operators and team members.
• Review and verify production reports, logs, and documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, process efficiency, and waste reduction.
• Support new product trials, equipment commissioning, and other assigned projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager or Management.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma or Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Manufacturing, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in food or beverage manufacturing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or executive role.
• Strong understanding of GMP, HACCP, and production process control.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, disciplined, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with production reporting systems.
